Hair day

We have been learning a lot about African Amrican hair lately. I have found some great blogs and a great yahoo group with some much wisdom about AA hair and skin. So this past Monday I decided to try a more complicated (for me) hair style for my girl of Yarn Braids. Yep, braids extensions with yarn. I've seen some awesome pics and styles and wanted to try them out. I'll tell you so far I and she both LOVE them. Very easy in the morning an so darn cute! She can finally wear a pony tail or pig tails like her sisters!
